What to expect after the programme

Gaining the Higher Professional Coaching Skills certification will transform your coaching skills as well as provide you with even more powerful tools to increase the value and impact of your Coaching.
It equips you with the tools and capabilities to coach at the highest levels with an understanding and practical application of executive coaching, creative coaching techniques, psychometrics, team coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision.
This course also helps develop the value of your interpersonal skills and allows you to become an effective professional neuro life coach, at the same time as gaining recognisable accredited qualifications as a neuro life coach.
This is Part 2 of the International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP). It also equips you with iWAM certification to use a psychometric questionnaire which will help you understand motivational and communication preferences and help decode conversations.

What to expect During the Higher Professional Coaching Certification

• You will observe and assess peers in their Coaching and use Coaching to aid the planning and development of a personal learning programme
